Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped Fedex Home/Ground Delivery unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are based on the value of the shipment. We will send you a tracking number so you are able to follow your package. We insure all packages, which will require a signature to release. If you choose to waive the signature, you agree to release Ellie Jay, LLC from responsibility once the package has left our offices. Ellie Jay, LLC is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered and is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Ellie Jay, LLC for any of these reasons, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. Contact us if you wish to have the signature waived.
